Educational Purpose
This website provides information about BCFK, a religious educational institution offering biblical and theological instruction. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes.
I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the people but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education.
BCFK exists to inform conscience through rigorous education — not to replace the judgment of free citizens, but to sharpen it with Scripture and the great voices of Christian history.
Religious Character
BCFK operates as a confessional Christian institution. Our curriculum engages the full breadth of Christian thought — from the Church Fathers and ecumenical creeds through medieval scholasticism, the Reformation, and the centuries of biblical and theological writing that follow. Primary-source reading across this history is central to how we teach; we do not limit study to the literature of any single modern denomination.
The Religion then of every man must be left to the conviction and conscience of every man; and it is the right of every man to exercise it as these may dictate. This right is in its nature an unalienable right.
A confessional college is not an establishment of religion imposed on others; it is free citizens teaching and forming disciples according to conviction — the very liberty Madison defended before the Constitution was written.

BCFK does not compel anyone to fund or attend our ministry. Our tuition-free model — privately funded by the founder, independent of government money or benefits — is of a piece with this founding principle: gospel work must not be maintained by coercion.

We claim no civil privilege for our faith over any neighbor — only the same freedom to teach, assemble, and govern our own institution that Washington promised to every peaceable community under the Constitution.
Our teaching, policies, and community standards reflect our religious convictions. As a religious organization, BCFK retains the right to govern its affairs, admissions, and curriculum in accordance with our faith and mission, consistent with the First Amendment and applicable law. The Founders who framed that amendment also understood that limited government presupposes a moral and religious people — a formation no statute can supply and no bureaucracy can replace.
We have no Government armed with Power capable of contending with human Passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, Ambition, Revenge or Galantry, would break the strongest Cords of our Constitution as a Whale goes through a Net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
The Founders did not imagine law alone could restrain a people. They assumed moral and religious formation — exactly the work of a Bible college. BCFK exists because republican government was never designed to govern an immoral or irreligious citizenry, and no government can replace the conscience it presupposes.
Student Portal
Access to the student portal is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized access or misuse of portal resources is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Code of Conduct
Users of BCFK services are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, respect, and integrity consistent with Christian character. BCFK reserves the right to enforce community standards as described in official student and faculty handbooks.
Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indispensable supports.
Christian character is not a legal afterthought at BCFK; it is the moral soil without which education becomes mere technique. We expect honesty and integrity because we are training ministers of word and life.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is owned by BCFK or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite.
These Terms are governed by Florida law because the founders left most of daily life — including education and religious association — to states and to free citizens, not to distant national bureaucracy.
