Our curriculum spans classical antiquity, patristic, medieval, Reformation, and early modern epochs, integrating scripture with theology, philosophy, and biblical languages. This comprehensive foundation, encompassing rigorous study of historical and intellectual traditions, deepens faith and equips students to lead with conviction in ministry, boldly engaging profound ideas to inspire transformative leadership.
A Rigorous Academic Program
The B.A. in Biblical Studies offers a robust and comprehensive curriculum: 8 courses exploring the Church Fathers, 8 delving into theology, 6 examining church history, 6 analyzing philosophy, 4 language courses (Greek, Hebrew, German, and Latin), and 8 electives. Students undertake ~150,000 pages of required reading and produce ~800 pages of scholarly writing in SBL format, equipping them for advanced theological study and professional ministry leadership.
